I can't believe its already been a whole week since I graduated! I thought I'd pop up a post detailing what I wore along with a little summary of the past few years at Uni.

Graduation Ball
Clutch - Kurt Geiger
For my dress I chose this beautiful blush satin dress from Carolyn Baxter, a local dress maker in Edinburgh. I've never worn a more beautiful and luxurious dress, it had a whole 2.5m of satin fabric in the skirt which made it perfect for twirling around the dance floor - got to fully embrace the princess moment. I have to thank my Aunt for gifting me this dress as an extremely generous graduation gift - definitely a sentimental piece to keep hold of. The clutch is a stunning glitter panel bag with both gold and silver making it an extremely versatile piece.

Graduation Day
Dress - House of CB
I chose this white bandage dress from House of CB for the way it perfectly hugged my body and gave me the most dreamy hourglass silhouette. Its definitely a wardrobe essential for smart classic, and I can't wait to wear it again soon. Then the real show stoppers of the day were these Sophia Webster Evangeline heels - I don't think I've ever had so many compliments on my shoes. I also can't get over how comfortable they are, and thats coming from a real high heel wimp so you can trust they're the perfect shoe.

Nails - All Things Beauty
I've stalked Jema's nail page on Instagram for months after one of the Kurt Geiger girls showed me her nails, so after booking a whole two months in advance (she's very in demand and rightly so!) I was so excited to have her work some nail magic. She perfectly matched the nude polish to my clutch and effortlessly hand painted the marble nails, you can see for yourself how well they turned out.
Make Up - Jodie at the Brow Houz
There was no way in hell I was doing my own false lashes on the day of grad ball so I got my eye make up done by the lovely Jodie at Brow Houz, who did the most perfect gold glitter smokey eye and fluttery lash combo. I couldn't recommend her enough, plus look at those brows - I've never had them look so perfect!

University Memories
Now onto the sentimental part, so if you just came for the fashion and beauty feel free to click away.
The past few years in Aberdeen have been amazing, there have been incredible highs and times where I literally cried in the library bathroom because it was 3am and I still didn't understand part of a module. I am however lucky enough to be able to say I enjoyed my course, Fashion Management at Robert Gordon University, especially the people from the lecturers to my course mates I couldn't have hoped for any better. I really can't wait to see where everyone ends up (partly because I'm pretty nosey) but its what made grad week a little bittersweet, one last time all together in Aberdeen before we all move to different corners of the country, or even globe. Best of luck to the other recent graduates out there, and I often get asked questions about my course so if anyone's curious feel free to drop me a message.

 Thanks for Reading,
