Closet Confidential tag

I've seen this tag pop up on a few of my fave blogs and as I haven't done a tag before I thought it would be fun to give it a go, I've also tagged a few of my fave bloggers to give it a go over on their pages so be sure to check them out if you enjoyed this post!

1. What is the oldest item in your wardrobe/closet?
Probably this New Balance baseball cap as its my dads, I remember stealing this all the time on family holidays so I could keep the sun out my eyes and still read! A common issue when you're a bookworm without prescription sunglasses... Then last summer they became trendy so I permanently removed it from his wardrobe - sorry dad!
2. What is the newest item?
Well technically its a pack of white ankle socks from Primark but thats pretty dull... So next up were these Topshop tassel hem jeans which are a little bit out there for me. However I thought they'd be the perfect way to wear jeans in Spring/Summer, because lets face it the UK is not shorts and skirt weather most the time! I tend to avoid white jeans as well because I'm so clumsy that I always end up spilling something on them, so if your in the same boat as me then maybe these could be the answer!

3. What is the most expensive item?
This Tiffany and Co. necklace that I was gifted for my 18th in New York, it was such a lovely experience choosing the necklace and having it all gift wrapped and presented to me. I adore the Tiffany store in New York, its such an iconic New York symbol and the necklace will always represent the most special trip for me.
4. What is the cheapest/most affordable item?
Something that was really affordable that I use all the time is this Zara bag, its very Celine inspired with its simplistic shape and gold metallic hardware, but at only £10 in the sale it couldn't be further from the Celine price point! I wear it so often and it really does go with everything.
5. What was the biggest bargain?
These red Topshop boots, I lusted over them for the longest time but at £99 I couldn't justify them at all - however when they came up in the sale for half price AND my student discount on top?! These bargain booties were all mine.
6. What was the biggest waste of money?!
As much as I love it probably my prom dress, It was £250 and I've only been able to wear it twice - why cant it be socially acceptable to strut down the street in this?!
7. What are your three favourite items right now?
This Topshop leather skirt.
I feel like a Leather mini skirt should be a staple in any wardrobe, its so effortlessly stylish and can be easily dressed up or down. I was lusting over the Saint Laurent leather mini all summer so when Topshop came out with a dupe that wasn't £1,755 I rushed out to get it straight away.
This Missguided Red Dress.
This is one of those dresses that you put on and instantly feel sexy, I love it paired with metallic heels and a bit of a tan. I can't wait to wear it on holiday with a bronzed, hopefully more toned, body and a bright red orange lip.

This Topshop floral shirt
A new purchase from Topshop in the hugely on trend pastel pink hue, I love the shape and design of this shirt as its so easy to throw on with jeans and a ribbon choker and look like you've made a lot more effort than you have!
8. Where do you shop at most?
A mixture of Topshop and Zara, it's almost impossible to go in store and not fall in love with something! Although ASOS is 100% my guilty pleasure when it comes to endless hours of online scrolling...
9. Which is your best dupe for a designer piece?
These amazing River Island loafers, I can 100% see them becoming a wardrobe essential. They were only £30, and look so high fashion - I'm going to love styling them with cropped trousers this Spring/Summer
10. Which designer item are you lusting over right now?
I adore this Gucci bag, the velvet, the colour and of course those ├╝ber trendy gold G's - can someone please help a sister out and transfer me £1,050?!
I would love to see these bloggers give the tag a go;
Charlotte at Studio CK
Sophie at Sophie May

Karolina at Karolina Raton
