My Summer Make-up

When it comes to summer I often find myself not wearing foundation or changing to a much lighter weight foundation so that it doesn't feel heavy or cakey on the face. I also like to use light weight products  and waterproof mascara so that products don't sweat off and stay in place all day.
I usually only wear eyeshadow in the evening but I thought I'd include a simple golden look as its really quick and easy but still looks pretty.
1. First off I apply my Smashbox photo finish primer as it prevents my makeup from sliding around and helps it stay on longer.
2. Then I use the YSL Le Teint Touche Eclat foundation as its a lightweight formula which is really glowy, but it still has a fair amount of coverage.
3. Then I use the Rimmel Wake Me Up concealer to brighten up my under eye circles and the Maybelline eraser concealer on any blemishes.
4. Next I set my foundation and concealer using the Make Up Forever loose setting powder to stop my face from getting too shiny and help it last longer.
5. I then use Benefit Hoola bronzer to bronze up and contour my face and the Mac Soft and Gentle highlighter on the top of my cheekbones and down the bridge of the nose to create a glow.
6. I use Anastasia dipbrow pomade on my eyebrows to fill in any sparse areas and to create a strong shape, before setting them with the HD brows clear brow gel to stop them loosing shape.

 7. For the eye look I use the Mac paintpot in the shade Painterly to keep the shadows from smudging. I then use the Mac shade Amber Lights all over the lid and the shade Swiss Chocolate in the crease and the shade Nylon to highlight the brow bone and inner corner. Before coating my lashes with Maybelline The Falsies mascara in waterproof.

 8. Lastly I apply YSL Rouge Volupte lipstick in shade 13 Peach Passion to create a glossy, fresh finish to the lips.
